What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. If you’re arriving early or planning to explore Stellenbosch after checking out, we’ll be happy to store your luggage.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. We can arrange private transfers to and from Cape Town International Airport. Please contact us before your arrival to make the necessary arrangements.

Is complimentary parking available?

Yes. Complimentary secure valet parking is available exclusively for in-house guests. As on-site parking is limited, some vehicles may be parked at our secure off-site parking area, approximately two blocks from the hotel. Please allow 10–15 minutes for vehicle collection if your vehicle is parked off site.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Oude Werf offers wheelchair-accessible facilities. As one of South Africa’s oldest hotels, some areas of the historic building have heritage limitations.
